Walfas Tutorial: Making random charicters work.

When browsing the WSW I noticed a bunch of people saying never too use randomised charicters.
While I kind of get why, I feel like all tools it is only useful if used correctly so I figured I'd share how I use it incase it proves useful to anyone.
